Prof. Dr. jur. Christian-W. Otto

works in collaboration with SAMP SCHILLING & PARTNER. His main professional role is as head of the Department of Construction, Planning and Environmental Law at the Technical University of Berlin, Institute for Urban and Regional Planning. In addition, he advises cities and local authorities, developers, public planning authorities and companies in the field of public construction and planning law. His work focuses on providing support in building permit procedures and urban land-use planning procedures, as well as on the preparation of urban development contracts.
