DIANA AIACOBOAE

Her practice focuses advising on real estate transactions, legal asset management and judicial and extra judicial dispute resolution.

Diana gained experience working in leading national and international law firms in Berlin focused on Litigation and Real Estate.

Diana has studied law at Humboldt-University in Berlin and King’s College London. She was admitted to the bar in 2017. Diana speaks German, English and Romanian and has a conversational knowledge of Italian and French.

  • German single family office on ongoing legal asset management, including on space optimisation, on the implementation of comprehensive modernisation measures and other construction measures in Berlin.
  • Numerous landlords and tenants on the conclusion of long-term large-volume commercial leases as well as sublease agreements in the office, retail, hotel and light industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Arbireo Capital on the acquisition of retail parks, their leasing and ongoing legal asset management.
  • FFIRE on the acquisition of various properties and real estate investments.
  • Project developer on the conclusion of usage agreements for its wind energy and photovoltaic projects.
  • International energy supplier on the acquisition of various photovoltaic projects.
  • Q-Energy on the acquisition of various wind farm projects, i.a. a wind farm with ten wind turbines in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and a wind farm with two wind turbines in Rheinland-Pfalz.
  • Litigation: Conducting comprehensive eviction, damages and payment proceedings as well as proceedings for interim relief.
