His practice includes advising on real estate transactions, legal asset management and general corporate law issues. In addition, Moritz has in-depth knowledge of data protection law and supports companies in implementing the European General Data Protection Regulation.

In the past, Moritz gained experience in the fields of corporate and real estate, data protection, intellectual property and copyright law with leading international business law firms and as in-house counsel in an international media group.

Moritz studied law at the universities of Heidelberg and Berlin. He was admitted to the bar in 2019. Moritz speaks German and English.

  • Municipal housing associations (including WBM) on the acquisition of a residential portfolio with a total of over 500 flats.
  • German single family office on ongoing legal asset management, i.a. on the redevelopment of an office property, the implementation of comprehensive modernisation measures and other construction measures.
  • Investment company listed on the stock exchange market on ongoing legal asset management.
  • Arbireo Capital on the acquisition of retail parks, their letting and ongoing legal asset management.
  • Asset manager on the implementation of the legal structure and requirements for the operation of a student residence and its letting.
  • Numerous landlords and tenants in the conclusion of long-term large-volume commercial leases as well as subleases in the sectors office, retail, nursing care, light industrial and logistics.
