Our practise spans all areas of the energy industry including project development, construction, operation and repowering of energy facilities as well as the full range of transactional services, with a specific focus on wind farm and solar park projects. We cover the full spectrum of energy work, including corporate law, environmental law and real estate and all relevant contracts with regard to the planning, construction, maintenance and management of energy facilities. Our broad range of legal services includes applications for permits as well as the enforcement of rights in court.
We are experienced in advising on power purchase contracts and the direct marketing of electricity produced by renewable energy facilities. This includes advice on issues and contracts for grid connection and grid access as well as smart metering.
