JULIUS SENFTLEBEN

is partner of SAMP SCHILLING & PARTNER and advises on all aspects of real estate. His practice includes advising domestic and international clients on real estate transactions, legal asset management and project development.

Julius gained experience working for several years in Real Estate Practices of leading national and international law firms in Berlin. Julius is recognized in the year 2023 by the renowned German business and finance newspaper Handelsblatt among the Best Lawyers in Germany for real estate business law.

Julius has studied law at the universities of Munich and Bayreuth. He was admitted to the bar in 2010. Julius speaks German and English.

Deal Experience
Some highlights of Julius’ recent work include advising on the following projects:

  • German single family office on their day-to-day legal asset management, i.a. on the redevelopment of an office and logistics building (80.000 sqm floor space) in Berlin, deal experience with players such as Deutsche Post, AOK, BiMA, Edeka, BIM.
  • Minerva beim Ankauf eines Baugrundstücks in Berlin und dem späteren Forward Deal für eine Büroimmobilie mit rd. 30.000 qm BGF.
  • German project developer on the acquisition of an industrial property and the subsequent development into an office property.
  • FFIRE on the acquisition of various properties.
  • South African media group Naspers on the renting of approx. 9,000 sqm office space in the Berlin located “Pressehaus am Alexanderplatz”.
  • Frequently advising on landlord as well as on tenant side on large commercial lease agreements across all industries including office, retail and logistic.
